		La Dame de Crèze It is an appetizer wine prepared from an ancient recipe. The main aromatic ingredients of this aperitive are cinchona, orange and bitter orange extracts. You may drink it straight, but always chilled, mix it with a sparkling wine, orange juice or simply serve it with a tonic. As regards to meals, it will perfectly match with your foies gras and pastries.
	Kousker It is an appetizer wine prepared from an ancient recipe. The main aromatic ingredients of this aperitive are gentian, orange and bitter orange extracts, vanilla and caramel. The drinking suggestions are the same as for la Dame de Crèze, but you will also appreciate it served with melon.
	These aperitives will be best appreciated at 6-7 °C (41-45 °F), we suggest crushed ice to enjoy them in the summer time.
